1. Does it work with all mobiles?

Any mobile that is wap enabled will be able to view the Club zed wap site. ‘Wap enabled’ means if you can connect to any web or wap pages on your mobile, even when you’re out and about, and download great content.

2. Why do I have to have a WAP connection?

You need a wap connection to view the Club zed wap portal or download any of our products to your mobile phone.

3. I haven’t received my product on my mobile?

Sometimes due to network delays the link sent to your mobile can take as long as 24hrs to arrive.

4. How do I configure the WAP settings on my mobile?

To get the wap settings on your mobile you need to speak to your operator. They will be able to send the settings directly to your handset and then it’s just a matter of saving them.

5. I can’t find my product…

Your product link is usually stored in one of the following locations: Inbox, Service Inbox, Fun Box or Browser Messages. If you’re still not sure where it is then please consult your phone manual or contact your network operator.

6. Should I download my product straight away?

You have 7 days to download your content until the link expires.

7. What do I do if I change my mobile?

Just login to the Club zed website and on the right hand side under the ‘type of subscription’ you have, you can change your handset.
