Downloads, How Many?
1. How can I get my credits?
Zed’s products are available as part of a subscription plan, which are charged at R4.99 per day for up to 10 products per download. A limit of 2 games/applications is allowed every day. If all downloads for the subscription period has been used and you request an extra product, you will be charged another R4.99 for another 10 credits.
2. Can I keep my credit if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription you have 2 days to use all your credits or risk losing them all.
3. How can I check my credits?
Log into our web- or WAP site, type in your cell phone number and your password to access MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. Your plan credit is listed there.
