1. How do I stop my subscription?
Just send the keyword STOP to 31933. This will cancel your subscription and send you an SMS, confirming that you are no longer a member of Club zed. You can also just call our customer care team on 021 425 7529.
2. I’ve received an SMS from 8007 or 87021 but I haven’t registered
You may have subscribed to Club zed in the past or opted in to marketing from one of Zed’s partners. To stop these, just call our customer care team on 021 425 7529 or email us at helpza@zed.com
